Intense Pain
On the too frequent and too intense pain of these times: In my morning meditation, I will often rest in my deep wide heart chakra because it is strong and loving and knowing. From this place, I hold the too frequent and too intense pain of these times. I bring compassion to others’ suffering and I do what I can, including ‘looking directly’ (not away), ‘seeing’, doing my best to stand in, feel, and speak my values, being in complexity, being in empathy for all who are hurt, and taking the small actions I can take.
