Calming your nervous system

I love to read…it is a cozy pleasure and calming to my nervous system. There are so many ways to calm and reset: gardening, a lovely walk, sitting under a tree, a long warm bath, hanging out with your kitty or dog, listening to relaxing music or the rain…so many ways!
