Tired?

We are in a culture that moves at great speed and compresses how we live.

What can we do? What is one simple thing that will help?

This: focus on knowing bone deep and knowing confidently that we are supported by every space, every pause, every deep breath we give our Selves…so take time for these moments.

Yes, a cultural sea change is needed so we can all be healthier. But, in the meantime, let’s do what we can to support our Selves.
