Handling Turbulence

No matter how turbulent the outside world is, we can always find peace in our inner world. Meditation helps me do that. One meditation focus I wrote and use is:

I move into my day remembering these things.

I am in my body, in breath, in my heart. I am always supported and I remember, in the moments of my day, that I am supported.

My feet are on the ground and the grass is underneath my feet. The trees, flowers, and bodies of water are around me at all times, bringing peace and calm to my heart

The shadows on the earth dispel when we are connected, joyful, and in heart.

We are trained to forget or discount, that connection joy, and heart are POWERFUL

We are powerful then.

I move into my day in connection, heart, and peace, open to joy.

I move into my day remembering these things.
