If you’re a cat lover (or an animal lover), here’s a small mindfulness exercise.

First, accept it. Or if you want to download your favorite cat moment, own it.

Acceptance hugely supports our ‘calm’. We say to our Self , ‘Yes, this is/has happened…it is’. And we breathe.

Then, treat your emotions as ‘wisdom partners’; What are they telling you? Breathe and be curious about what ‘conscious non-action’ or what ‘conscious action’ arises in you. Choose. move fluidly with your choice, or stumble your choice…that is okay, too.

Awareness is what matters. Breathe. Move from one moment to the next. Yes, like a cat.

And remember, cats don’t look back!
