Be in it. Feel the dimension and texture of the moment you are in.
How? Ground. Put one hand on your heart and the other on your stomach. Breathe…in and out… fill your Self with tenderness, gentleness, allow any judgments (cultural programming) to drain away.
Lift your spirits by remembering something that makes you smile (yes, your pets are fair game), breathe in and out, feel-vision the world you want to be in, a world that holds and comforts you, and let it sink into all the molecules of your body. Breathe.
Forget to be in the moment? Start to hydroplane in the intensity of the world? That’s okay! Just come back. Are we creational when we do this? Moving our place in the world, changing the world a little bit as we ourselves change? I hope so!
