How relieving and enlivening!—to step away from the chatter in our heads and our demanding egos and, instead, to step into a sense of connection and wonder.

So take that first right step and let it lead to the next as you move into an ‘Awe Walk’! It can be a completely different experience, for example, to take that daily walk in your neighborhood and to really, really notice all the beauty around you.
