Calming your nervous system

I love to read…it is a cozy pleasure and calming to my nervous system. There are so many ways to calm and reset: gardening, a lovely walk, sitting under a tree, a long warm bath, hanging out with your kitty or dog, listening to relaxing music or the rain…so many ways! Calm and reset without guilt, please…know you are supporting the integrity of your body and your heart.

Take a moment to think about or write down some ways you can down regulate and reset this week 😁

WHEN YOU DO THIS, YOU TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF POWERFULLY. ALSO MINDFULLY DOWN REGULATING IS AN ACT OF CHERISHING WHICH IS IN AND OF ITSELF HEALING.
